Blocks without Borders Art Quilt Group, a group of quilters from Cortez, CO have won first place for group quilts at the 2024 AQS QuiltWeek® in Paducah, Kentucky held April 24-27, 2024 at the Schroeder Expo Center. Many of the members also belong to the Dolores Mountain Quilters.
The group has been chosen to display the quilt, CLIFF PALACE DREAMS, along with 387 others in this AQS Contest. First, Second, Third and Honorable Mention prizes in sixteen categories will be awarded, along with nine overall awards. Winners were announced at the AQS Awards Presentation, Tuesday, April 23, 2024.
